Because every magnet we create is a one-of-a-kind memory, we are unable to offer refunds or accept returns. However, we stand by the quality of our work. If your order arrives damaged or if there's an error, please reach out within 7 days of receiving it, and we'll make it right with a replacement-your memories deserve nothing less.
